The Participant, whilst on and off the Charter hereby releases, waives, and discharges Sight Sea All Terrain Charters, it’s officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant, or to any property belonging to the Participant, while participating on the charter.
Booking Info
To secure your booking with Sight Sea, a 20% direct deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full via direct deposit 48 hours before departure. Cash or credit card payments are accepted before boarding on the day of your charter.
20% Deposits must be made via direct deposit to the bank details provided below. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
